Not our house (yet); just the website. Since Apple has decided to scrap the whole iWeb/MobileMe web infrastructure in favor of iCloud, Huxtable.org needed to find a new home. So, we decided to take our talents to WordPress.com; our photo gallery will be hosted on Brian’s Flickr account. All blog posts have been migrated to the new site.
Update: the previous Huxtable.org web site and gallery will be available until June 2012.
It’s been nearly a year since the last blog post. Fortunately, nothing, really, happened in the past year. So I would like to write a short post about the few highlights from these past seasons.
Jeff and Kathy made a stop in Pittsburgh in early August. Kathy was taking some quality sabbatical time in her hometown in Ohio. On their return trip to the Carolinas they spent a weekend in western PA.

For our neighborhood, that meant we could get the kids out trick-or-treating and have an outdoor party. Yes, it was warm enough to have an outdoor party. In our years in MN, it was never that warm to support an outdoor party. In fact, most of the time we froze our behinds just taking the kids around the neighborhood.
The new Westinghouse office in Cranberry Woods had an open house today for employees. Building 1 construction was completed in late spring and has been occupied for a few months now. This is the main building with the cafeteria, workout center, auditoriums, customer center, and the swank offices of our upper management. The whole building was open and we were able to tour all those places. I can tell you that the view from the top floor is nice.

Natalie went horseback riding to earn the coveted Horse Fan badge for Juniors. The riding took place at the
